TKP is a pioneer in the meeting and event venue industry in Japan. We provide a wide range of venues to fulfill diversified customers’ needs from social gatherings to corporate events. Founded in 2005, TKP is headquartered in Tokyo and today comprises of over 120 conveniently located conference centers nationwide. TKP has international conference centers in Shanghai and Hong Kong. We now introduce our first location in New York.
TKP is built upon the core principle of putting our clients first; in other words, first class service in a Japanese way. The Japanese term for hospitality “Omotenashi” translates to achieving something for others sincerely, reaching a deeper part of the human consciousness when providing service. It involves an understanding of guests’ wants and needs, thoughtful caring about their well-being and treating people as true individuals. Recognizing that each guest has different needs and personalizing each solution to exceed expectations. Omotenashi is an approach that makes the relationship between guests and hosts long-lasting.
The best example of Omotenashi can be found in Japanese Tea Ceremonies where visible articles such as utensils, food, furniture, décor, and incense are presented with the guest in mind. The host considers the guests with every movement and gesture during the ceremony; this presentation is designed to engage their five senses. The tradition is not only about drinking tea, it’s also about the experience. The service is from one's heart, intending to deliver inspiration and an overall satisfaction that appeal to guests’ heart and senses. We at TKP pride ourselves in providing Japanese hospitality with sincere passion in serving our guests. We invite you to experience “Omotenashi” at TKP New York.
